    What Would GCT Do?!?!?!?!?

Ive been tossing around the idea of trading in my Tundra for about 2-3 months now... Jenn and I have thought about either getting a 2Gen Tundra CrewMax or maybe a 4Runner.... yes that means that I might not have a Tundra but since we share a car we need to think about both of us and a possible baby as well next year.

That is a tough choice. Those new 4Runners are badass but at the same time, I'm a Texan so I can think of a million reasons why to go with the truck

Personally would go with the SUV over the truck as a family vehicle. It's more economical in overall costs for insurance, maintenance, and fuel. However, you have a business which may require the use of an open bed so I'd take that into consideration as well. I don't think it matters what you drive whether you can belong to GCT.com.....although it would be nice if it were a Tundra.

Crewmax is awesome!! I haven't warmed up to the new 4runner style yet but they are nice trucks. Like Tee said, you may need to take into consideration the need for an open bed or a bed with a cover on it.

here is the thing... Jenn wants to either keep the truck or get an SUV... i would love to trade in for a 2gen or a 4runner... also, i dont want both... i plan on hopefully buying a new Camaro next year as our 2nd car... this means Jenn with have the truck or SUV 100% of the time... she is ok with either raelly

    Re: What Would GCT Do?!?!?!?!?

I'd keep the truck. There's nothing wrong with it mechanically and trading you lose money in other costs. Get your Camaro next year, trade the 1st gen for a 3rd gen. There are more important things in life than a newer truck and the economy isn't the best right now.
