do you compensate for the percentage increase in tire size? I doubt the camper would drop you 5 mpg...

Sean - the 19 MPG was prior to lift/tires but I did have the camper on at the time. Hope that makes sense. I actually gained MPG with the camper......which was strange. The added weight was still overcome by the drag from wind blowing in the bed.
